Bauducco’s successful story began in 1952 when Carlo Bauducco traveled from Italy to Brazil with the original Panettone recipe. Bauducco Panettone was officially born and becomes a staple on the tables of Brazilian families. Since the beginning, the Panettone follows the original family recipe from Italy: fine ingredients, original dough with natural fermentation and dedication in each single piece. The company is now within the third generation of the family and has become an international food company, one of the most important in Latin America. With 6 manufacturing plants and a production capacity of more than 360,000 tons per year, its industrial park is one of the most advanced in the region. Since 2005 it has been established in the USA and since 2018 it has started local production in its first international plant in Miami.
